Our courses are taught exclusively using the techniques of traditional Thai cuisine. Furthermore, we teach techniques of finding and adapting the ingredients you have on hand. Some ingredients may be difficult or impossible to find in your country, but there are many ingredients that you do have that can be adapted if you follow our recommendations.
