Stir Fried vegetables

Start with vegetables that you and your family like.

Use medium-high heat for quick cooking.

Use an oil that can be heated to a high temperature, peanut oil is the best choice, but olive oil works too. If you like it hot, you can add some dried hot peppers to the oil while it is heating up, along with some fresh garlic. (If you add these to a really hot oil, they could burn before you get them mixed in with the vegetables.)
